UI/UX Designer

Quantra Software builds a customer platform used daily by small businesses and is looking for a thoughtful UI/UX Designer.

You will work with a product manager and four engineers to research, design and ship new features in every sprint.

• Design user flows, wireframes and polished interfaces for web and mobile.
• Run usability sessions and turn feedback into design changes.
• Keep the Figma design system tidy, documented and up to date.
• Pair with engineers during the build and review each release before launch.
• Share work early and explain design decisions clearly.

• 2-4 years of UI/UX or product design experience
• A portfolio showing shipped work and process
• Strong Figma skills, including components and auto layout
• Good understanding of accessibility and responsive design
• Clear written and spoken communication

• Experience with motion or interaction design tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Background in B2B or SaaS products
• Experience running user interviews
