Scrum Master

Brightly Digital builds web and mobile products for startups and is looking for a Scrum Master who helps teams ship on time.

You will support two cross-functional product teams and work with product owners to keep every backlog clear and focused.

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and honest team retrospectives.
• Help product owners keep backlogs ordered, sized and clearly written for developers.
• Spot blockers early and remove them before they slow the sprint down.
• Track sprint health with simple metrics that the whole team understands.
• Coach teams on Agile habits, open feedback and continuous improvement.

• 2-4 years as a Scrum Master or Agile coach
• PSM I, CSM or a similar certification
• Confident with Jira, Linear or similar tools
• Calm, clear communication at every level
• Experience supporting software development teams

• Experience with Kanban or SAFe frameworks
• A background in development, QA or design
• Experience coaching remote or hybrid teams
• Workshop facilitation skills with Miro
