Project Manager

Corehub Logistics is upgrading its warehouses and tracking systems and needs a Project Manager to keep plans on track.

You will lead projects from kickoff to handover, working closely with operations, IT teams and outside technology partners.

• Plan project scope, timelines, budgets and resources with each project sponsor.
• Run kickoffs, weekly check-ins and clear status updates for every stakeholder.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies and solve problems before they grow.
• Keep project plans, documents and dashboards accurate and easy to read.
• Hand over finished projects with training, notes and a short review.

• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Confident with Asana, Monday.com or MS Project
• Strong planning, budgeting and communication skills
• Able to manage several projects at once
• Degree in business, engineering or a related field

• PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2 certification
• Experience in logistics or supply chain
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery methods
• Experience with warehouse management systems
